Snowboard-Training.com is a project that aims to deliver a progressive system for individuals to develop the skills and drills of snowboarding.

This is a two-part project:

  1. On the snow - the riding progression
  2. Off the snow - dryland training

Our riding progression is a series of virtual lessons that doesn't stop at linking turns. Dryland, our approach will integrate GPP (General Physical Preparedness) with snowboarding-specific skills and drills. These are the outcomes of our training:

  1. We increase strength, stamina, and cardio so you can ride harder and longer
  2. We increase balance and coordination in snowboarding-specific applications so you learn and progress faster on the snow
  3. We increase power, agility, speed, and accuracy so your performance increases
  4. We increase physical toughness and body awareness, so you get injured less
  5. We improve your metabolic function so you recover better
