Snowboard-Training.com is a project that aims to deliver a progressive system for individuals to develop the skills and drills of snowboarding.
This is a two-part project:
- On the snow - the riding progression
- Off the snow - dryland training
Our riding progression is a series of virtual lessons that doesn't stop at linking turns. Dryland, our approach will integrate GPP (General Physical Preparedness) with snowboarding-specific skills and drills. These are the outcomes of our training:
- We increase strength, stamina, and cardio so you can ride harder and longer
- We increase balance and coordination in snowboarding-specific applications so you learn and progress faster on the snow
- We increase power, agility, speed, and accuracy so your performance increases
- We increase physical toughness and body awareness, so you get injured less
- We improve your metabolic function so you recover better
